I'm an aspiring UX/UI designer based in Toronto, with a background in IT and client service spanning over 5 years. My journey into UX design began with the BrainStation UX Design bootcamp, where I gained insights into problem-solving and creative ideation techniques. Proficient in Figma, I'm dedicated to crafting user-friendly digital solutions.

My career has been characterized by strong customer service skills, managing inquiries, and providing support, including during the COVID-19 pandemic. I excel in multitasking, both independently and as part of a team, and have showcased leadership abilities in small group settings.

Currently studying UX design at BrainStation, I'm expanding my skills in design thinking, user research, prototyping, and UI design. Proficient in Sketch, Figma, wireframing, user testing, and HTML/CSS, I'm driven by a passion to create impactful user experiences.

In a recent 24-hour BrainStation hackathon, I collaborated with web developers, coders, cybersecurity specialists, and data scientists to develop a customer-service AI assistant for Shopify.
